Do's & Dont's: These tips were created to provide helpful information to parents, kids, and participants in an effort to ensure that your Bounce Party is extraordinary. While we certainly hope that you will use our rental services, these tips can be helpful for whatever service you use.

WEATHER POLICY:

Weather Cancellations can only be 24 hours before your event. Cancellations due to weather, made more than 24 hours before your Event are not eligible for Raincheck, your payment will be forfeited. Weather is too unpredictable for earlier cancellations to be accepted.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

DO NOT allow children with markers, crayons, or SILLY STRING or SOAP on any inflatable. The chemicals in these items, most specifically SILLY STRING, can cause PERMANANT damage to the bounce house and could cause significant additional charges to be applied.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GETS SPILLED ON OUR RENTED INFLATABLE?

WATER is the only liquid that maybe used to clean up a spill. NO baby oil or soap

CAN SCHOOLS AND UNIVERISITES USE A PO TO PAY THEIR DEPOSIT?

Yes. These groups should go through the booking process as normal. Once they reach the payment screen they will need to respond to their quote with their PO number. If they have not heard from the office manager within 48 hours of responding to that email with their PO number they should call and leave a message for them.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations during peak season are subjected to a 40% non-refundable, non-transferable Non-Refundable Deposit.

DELIVERY OPTION:

Shelf Service Bouncers guarentees delivery by 11am. If your event starts before 11AM, there is a time senstive option available. Our lastest pickup is 5pm. If you need your rental longer, there is an overnight option available.

What if I need pickup before the time you have avaiable?

If you need to come in for a pickup and save before the times we have available there is a possiblity we can make that occur. While this is not offered and is at the disgression of the office manager there are additional fees starting at $150.00. When schduling the pickup and save we always try our best to acommodate all.

What happens if I cancel after I pay in full?

If you have to cancel for any reason after you have paid in full you will forfeit 40% of the the total price of the rental.
